Self-Sufficiency in Style stop the world? part twelve |
In parts one to nine we introduced you to Britain's Swine Fever and Foot and Mouth epidemics and made some startling claims about their worldwide significance. In parts ten and eleven, we explained how the communications and computer systems were deliberately rigged. Now we want to take you back to the main story - just what they tried to do to us personally. How and why the government broke all the rules. We told you that we caught the government officials faking the records on three quite separate occasions. We told you how the police warned us to be careful and how we used many different channels of complaint, even notifying a Select Committee of the House of Commons that there was a cover-up under way. They used a former SAS officer to try to force us out of our home for daring to complain to Parliament in retaliation, but the Speaker of the House of Commons refused to offer us protection. We introduced the possibility that Prince Charles, Prince of Wales and heir to the throne of England was involved - and risked ridicule. The situation was about to get even worse. Escalating to this very day and introducing now the possibility that not just BSE and vCJD, but also SARS, the new human epidemic, is involved. We have not given this story in chronological order. To have done so would have given warning of what was coming next. Efforts are still being made to silence us, we need to stay one step ahead. |
The writer's suggestion that Prince Charles, Prince of Wales and heir to
the throne, was involved, look far-fetched and could easily be taken for an attempt to
"sex-up" the story. Not so. The writer first publicly suggested that Charles was involved in March 2001. ...and a year ago, in this very series, we drew attention to Charles' similarity to George III, the King that lost the colonies. Chapter 2 Charles himself sees a parallel now, and "The Times", Rupert Murdoch's daily newspaper in Britain goes further in innuendo that the writer would think fair to suggest. Take a look for yourselves at this recent report. If you find it interesting, take a print; reports like this have a habit of disappearing in modern Britain. Charles, pig-keeper Prince, was involved in the Swine Fever epidemic. He involved himself. |
Charles has now recognised the similarity and is convinced that if he could visit the United States, he could restore the reputation of his ancestor. We rather doubt it. |
Letters were flying about, but they were to lead nowhere. |
Anyway,
leaving Charles with his delusions, we return to the main story. By the Spring of 2001, we were still trying to get the various incidents investigated. Foot and Mouth was raging, and somebody ought to have been interested and concerned to know that crooked officials were intimately involved in a second epidemic. We had been to see our Member of Parliament, John MacGregor He was soon to leave the House of Commons and, although we did not know it at the time, was to be made a Lord. He wrote, on our behalf, to Nick Brown, then the Minister of Agriculture and the man who met the mysterious army officer, who was to turn up at our home. What we did not know at the time, was that MacGregor was a director of the organisation that owned most of Britain's pigs - and it was possible that both the MP and Nick Brown actually knew the ex-SAS man. The army officer had actually been closely associated with BQP (the company) immediately before being recruited by the Ministry to work for them. We were in the dark about the connection at the time. A holding reply from Nick Brown, the Minister was received promising a reply later. None has ever been received. |
Nick Brown is now a very controversial figure in British politics. He was demoted and eventually sacked from the Cabinet following the Foot and Mouth fiasco. At the time of writing, having led a rebellion against the Prime Minister, Tony Blair this week, at the eleventh hour, he changed his mind and supported him. Blair won a crucial vote by 5 votes, a wafer thin majority, because of Brown's sudden about face. |
Divisions in the House. |
The complaints were not well received. |
Anyway, quite aside from these measures being taken at top level. We were
also following up a series of complaints with the Chief Veterinary Officer
of the UK - Jim Scudamore. Scudamore was made a knight at the New Year Honours and is retiring shortly. The complaints did not go well. We were making clear accusations against a number of his vets, one of whom was very senior. There was also a pretty obvious involvement of around half a dozen middle ranking staff. (Divisional Veterinary Managers - DVMs). At the time since he had only 220 veterinary staff in total, most at more junior ranks, this was serious. Even more serious, since he was now in the middle of a second epidemic. One that gave rise to hundreds of similar allegations of misconduct by officials and no less than eleven separate enquiries. We were later to learn that no vets had been suspended, despite the uninvestigated allegations. One miscreant was to go on to collect another series of complaints, before retiring and leaving the country. The most senior was to get promotion and to lecture farmers on Foot and Mouth prevention. |
Did they actually do anything? Nothing of any importance or significance as far as we can see. Scudamore did transfer the investigation to a senior colleague in Scotland. Hardly sensible for offences alleged to have been committed in England and, given the fact that the Scottish Executive became involved, unconstitutional. The writer could not agree terms for co-operating with the investigation and would not agree to anything that was going to lead to a further cover-up. He did try, in view of the seriousness of the situation on the ground, to offer limited co-operation, but his offer was spurned and he was told the investigation had been completed without his assistance. The results of the internal enquiry have never been communicated. In short, an obvious and blatant cover-up of serious criminal offences. |
Blatantly unconstitutional. |
PMWS....PDNS...circovirus |
One way or another, we had exhausted every legitimate avenue of complaint. Our complaints were not being rejected, simply ignored. It was time to begin some investigations into what was going on. Many months later, we began to start to find out the motives for the lying. That is a story all of its own which we will cover later. What we did discover was the hidden epidemic of PMWS. That was bad enough, but then quite suddenly and unexpectedly, we stumbled into fraud. |
We learned from a note on the National Pig Association website that the
European Commission were investigating fraud during the Swine Fever
epidemic, and suddenly realised that we were holding information that was
relevant. We contacted Brussels, at first with no response, then suddenly they reacted. It is quite obvious that the British Government had been defrauding Europe. They were cooking the books in order to get a 60 percent contribution to the compensation that had been paid to the pig industry. |
Investigations that Britain should have made. |
1,000,000,000 One billion Pounds! Say a billion and a half dollars or euros. How many hospitals? How many schools? |
No wonder they were desperate to silence us. They were in very serious trouble. About one billion Pounds are currently being held by Europe because of Britain's failures during the two epidemics. Most of this was probably just mismanagement, but now, for the first time, there was evidence of deliberate falsification of records...and the trail led right to the very top of Britain's elite. Worse, the official record shows that the government and opposition were warned and did nothing to prevent falsification of records. Instead, they tried to silence the witness. |
Anytime now, short of the European Union bailing them out, the British Government is going to have to explain how and why they
have lost vast amounts of the taxpayers' money. Then, everyone is going to recall a retired shipbroker and his seemingly wild allegations sitting unread in the libraries of the Palace of Westminster. Al Capone was eventually caught for tax evasion. But the missing money is the least of this horrifying tale, merely the hardest to sweep under the carpet.
Lying unread, unnoticed. |
The next edition of Stop the World, events not intervening, will delve back into the past. We will tell you how animal diseases really came into Britain, how they spread and became epidemics. We will tell you how the truth was hidden, who hid it, and why. Most importantly, we will tell you how we found the truth. Britain has methodically lied to the world over a sustained period. It has lied to itself, its farmers and its people. Denton, Norfolk, 30 January 2004 |
