Disaster strikes!

Avian Flu erupted on a massive local turkey farm at the beginning of February.

169,000 turkeys have been slaughtered.

For the third time in the last few years, we live in a restricted zone because, Britain's state veterinarians and government are completely clueless. They do not know where it came from, but have been very quick, as usual, to place the blame elsewhere.

After suffering three admitted and one un-admitted epidemics in this one small area, we all know they are grossly incompetent.

They are busy trying to blame Hungary, when everyone can see the state of the premises where the outbreak appeared on British television.

They are well away creating their usual cover-up to exonerate Britain's unreliable veterinary and food safety bodies and harass anyone who has the spirit to report them to the competent authorities.

Large companies, with arguable standards, run about importing and exporting suspect turkey, whilst honest smallholders are forced to take their small private flocks under cover.

Once again clipboard cowboys employed by the government harass the innocent to protect the rich and powerful. None of the quarantine rules make any sense to anyone.

If you scroll down Stop the World you will see that nearly two years ago, the writer thought that PMWS had already reached Australia.

It looks as if he was right and that the Australian Government has been hiding it up.

They seem to be admitting to keeping quiet for some weeks when the row with the Canadians was under way.

If it is PMWS, how did it reach Australia?

Not in pig meat, that's for sure, and not from smallholders either.

At the time of writing, two more animal health disasters are threatening the world's great food producers, both with their roots firmly in Britain.

Texas awaits with baited breath the results from a British laboratory of a possible second BSE US (Mad Cow) case.

On the other side of the world, Australia seeks to try to stop PMWS from entering the country and decimating their pig herds. The Australian Government are trying to overturn a Court ruling that they must stop foreign pork imports. This especially impacts on the hard hit Canadian farmers.

It looks as if the Australian farmers are trying to close the wrong stable door, but I don't suppose they realise that the really serious risk comes with imported breeding stock and breeding material imported by veterinarians.

It is good business, if not very friendly, to try to ban the competition, but not at the price of introducing the disease.

They will both start a trade war - and cop the disease - if they are not more careful.

Actually, it is all very simple.

The automatic response to animal disease by Britain, Ireland, the US, Australia and New Zealand, especially animal disease with potential human health implications, is to cull and cover up. Deny everything and keep denying it.

They have been doing it for years.

"Let's not start a health scare!" is a pretty reasonable statement, when huge industries shudder under the impact of Mad Cow.

We can all understand and sympathise with the sentiments.

But it is not reasonable in a capitalist society and can spark complete disaster.

Britain's livestock sector has been shattered by four successive animal health epidemics, two carrying suggestions of human health risk.

First, the big one - Mad Cow or BSE.

Then the hidden epidemic of PMWS/PDNS.

Then Swine Fever (CSF)

Finally Foot and Mouth (FMD).

Capitalism demands a free market with willing buyer and willing seller linked to an information system telling them what is happening in the world. Price sensitive news has to be available to all on an equal basis.

There is never an absolutely level playing field, of course, but we strive to make dealing fair. To do less opens the door to criminal activity and endangers a free society.

When government and the veterinary industries decide to hide up information on animal disease even for a few days, they open the door to crooks.

Crooks have ravaged and looted Britain. They have stolen hundreds of millions, perhaps billions of dollars under the guise of "Let's not start a health scare." They used the information, that they had colluded to deny to the rest, to make millions.

Don't let them break the Prairies and kill your farms on the wheel of confidentiality and secrecy.

Demand an explanation for every delay and a reason for every refusal to give information.

Britain failed to lock up the criminals including the senior British government veterinarians that rampaged through Britain intimidating, faking and lying as they went.

They are still out there telling America what you should do and what you should believe.

Treat their advice with the contempt it deserves.

Three new developments:

SCOTS SHIP CONDEMNED
PIGS

to England.

Following numerous complaints by animal welfare groups, and the airing on TV of videos of the conditions at their pig farms, Scotpigs, Scotland's second biggest pig farmer, has been thrown out of the quality assurance scheme.

This means that the pigs are banned from slaughter in Scotland and are being slaughtered in England.

We do not know the destination of the pigmeat

Scotpigs have complained about their eviction from the quality assurance scheme. They have been badly hit by PMWS.

The animal welfare activists have been wrongly identifying PMWS as cruelty at dozens of intensive farms over the last four years - and producing videos to prove their case.

The British government can't prosecute for cruelty, because the pig owners have the perfect defence - epidemic.

To bring a case to Court would expose the PMWS/PDNS cover-up and the fact that the writer warned Parliament of blood test faking by government veterinarians.

has been removed in the last few days.

Repeated requests for an explanation have been ignored.

Tescos are members of the National Pig Association. The NPA were in touch, shortly before, criticising the writer's views on the export of pigs and semen from Britain.

The writer has never criticised Tescos.

Indeed, he has often defended supermarkets against unjustified attacks by farming organisations.

"Felixstowe - Future" was pretty harmless stuff much frequented by academics, and even schoolchildren, researching shipping and seaports. There was only a passing reference, and a short article, to Britain's animal health problems and their impact on seaports and international trade.

BRITAIN CONTINUES TO EXPORT LIVE PIGS and SEMEN.

Despite Britain suffering the world's worst outbreak of PMWS/PDNS since the Summer of 2000, she continues to ship both live pigs and semen abroad for breeding.

The government is actively involved and encouraging exporters.

Although PMWS/PDNS is poorly understood and difficult to diagnose, semen is thought to be a risk.

PMWS/PDNS are not notifiable diseases, largely thanks to Britain's reluctance, and there is nothing illegal, but is it wise?

Most countries won't accept British pigs and semen, but some still will.

ROYAL SCANDAL FINALLY BREAKS.

As High Court Judges grant injunctions by mobile phone from taxi cabs, the press are in ferment. Sex and sleaze allegations swamp Prince Charles.

Was the royal pig farmer, Prince Charles, also involved in the Swine Fever and Foot and Mouth scandals?

Was the writer threatened because of a royal cover-up?

Of course he was!

Witnesses to Select Committees of the House of Commons simply do not get threatened by former SAS officers employed by the Government.

It cannot happen in England, but it did.

Is there a connection between the sex scandals and the animal health epidemics?

AMERICA LIED TO BY BRITISH GOVERNMENT

US Department of Agriculture fooled - rejected potentially valid objections.

Read what they said about Britain's State Veterinary Service during the Swine Fever epidemic in response to worries by US farmers.

"Veterinary infrastructure and animal health authorities of the United Kingdom are highly professional and extremely conscientious, and APHIS confidence in them is well-founded."

The fact is that the US Embassy in London failed to check evidence of their own former MSTMS (Sealift command) agent at the British House of Lords.

All they had to do was walk down the road and check the complaint made to a Select Committee of the House of Commons.

This suggested exactly the opposite - that the British veterinary infrastructure was a shambles and senior government veterinarians were faking blood tests.

Despite the fact that everyone in England knew that things were going wrong, the US authorities decided that a man :

trusted to handle munitions from US vessels in the 60s,

to negotiate the pilotage arrangements for their brand new Lancer class United States Line vessels into Britain's major seaport in the 70s,

to stop nuclear technology reaching US enemies in the 80s

could be safely ignored

American farms were put at risk.

The US Embassy, in London, needs to start doing some checking.

EC FRAUD SQUAD INVESTIGATES

Brussels arrives on the scene.

On October 9, somewhere in England, the writer and his wife, were interviewed, at length, by senior officials of the European Commission Anti-Fraud team in respect of fraud by the British Government on the European Union.

We are giving information and assistance, not, we are glad to add under suspicion.

The CSF (Swine Fever - Hog Cholera) and FMD (Foot and Mouth) outbreaks in Britain were not just notable for their waste, cost and cruelty, but for the loss of human life, destruction of civil liberties, lying, cheating and thieving.

The situation has become so bad in Britain that the European Union has halted all payments.

One has to ask what is wrong?

The reason is, of course, that Britain has been lying about animal disease or many years, certainly since the advent of BSE (Mad Cow).

The most recent epidemics stem from a cover-up....the complex of diseases most commonly known as PMWS and PDNS.

Although they have been present at low levels for a decade or so, they have steadily developed into an epidemic - an epidemic that can mask CSF and probably FMD too. Whatever the officials say there are some low level human health risks - and more serious risks have been secretly investigated.

There is a rigid news black-out in Britain. Euphemisms are used to describe the disease to defeat search engines

International Developments: The epidemic has spread to both parts of Ireland, Scotland and Denmark. New Zealand is now infected and the officials there have been trying to hide up the details.

You will note from press reports that the NZ Agriculture Ministry was trying to keep from the public even which island was involved and still will not identity the actual farms. The radio interviews have one of the longest pauses, in answer to a question known to radio, followed by "Oh hell" under the breath. News report and audio clips

Australia may now be infected.

Sweden is still thought to be clean, perhaps due to the policy of not allowing live or semen imports. They have however had a nasty outbreak of Salmonella in humans traced back to Danish pork.

We now know.

Today is the anniversary of the outbreak of Swine Fever in England in 2000. It is time to blow the whistle.

The pigs were not just dying from Swine Fever and later Foot and Mouth - there was something else, rather sinister.

Amongst many other diseases, a new epidemic has been sweeping England for the past four years. It came before CSF and FMD and has been very serious.

PMWS and associated diseases including PDNS.

Eighty percent of British pig herds are now infected. Pigs are dying like flies.

The main reason why Britain was hit by Swine Fever (CSF) and Foot and Mouth (FMD) was an earlier hidden epidemic of Postweaning Multisystemic Wasting Syndrome (PMWS) and Porcine Dermatitis Nephropathy Syndrome (PDNS).

The British Government has been secretly investigating the possible implications for human health. They are covering their backs by publishing - now that they have convinced themselves that there is no danger.

Previously, they had kept things very quiet.

They are trying to pretend that PMWS came after Swine Fever and Foot and Mouth. It did not - it was already out of control.

Swine Fever and FMD became established in factory farms where the pigs were already sick - and where the Government veterinarians could not distinguish one disease from another.

That's one reason why they have an obsession with bio-security. They did not want prying eyes.

For four years they have been feeding the population with pork from pigs that they knew might be infected with diseases that might have human health risks..

They have also been exporting pork.

Much has been removed from the Internet, much has been added very recently.

But enough of the old material remains in the writer's possession to nail the lies and pin the blame.
